I partner with our HR or as we call them People Solutions leaders and teams to provide communication strategies and activities that support program goals. My work influences employees that Cox is a top employer and inspires them to drive outcomes and results for the business. I also led an amazing team that focused on our digital content strategy and management and the launch of our new company intranet.
