- Collaboration in a carve-out due diligence on the buy-side for an industrial company in an international project team- Participation in the preparation of a carve-out on the seller side (sell-side) of a global industrial company- Participation in the analysis and preparation of financial data (standalone financials)- Support in the analysis of corporate functions (e.g. Sales & Marketing and HR) - Support in the creation and editing of extensive Excel tools as well as PowerPoint presentations
