Responsible for the management and oversight of applications management services and business operations: • Work with vendors to maintain relationship and resolve application and operational issues. • Participate in creation and execution of RFPs, associated contracts and procurement processes. • Interface with various stakeholders across the CSA to resolve system and business issues, manage relationships and develop requirements for systems maintenance and enhancement.• Plan and manage disaster recovery testing and participation by CSA ITSO staff. • Review and approve contractual deliverables from vendor, meet with vendor to review deliverables and service performance.Notable Accomplishments:• Resolved contract issue with vendor resulting in increased budget allotted by vendor for services.• Implemented formal business processes to manage operations, including communications, release management and invoice validation.• Managed business services transition to new vendor, including creation or validation of business processes and documentation, coordinated legal review process for user agreements and implementation, Managed UAT testing in new environment, including interfacing with stakeholders to resolve issues and concerns, escalating as needed.
