I am a chemical engineer specializing in small molecule drug substance process development. I have experience in lab scale development and subsequent tech transfer to internal facilities and external CMOs, supporting successful campaign deliveries for both early and late stage assets. I am an effective collaborator across functional areas and an impactful, empathic leader for a team of engineers. As a woman in science, I am grateful for the support and mentorship I have received throughout my education and career, and providing that support to the next generation is particularly important to me. I lead a group of women engineers at BMS to host annual Women in Chemical Engineering Outreach Events, both at our New Brunswick, NJ site and virtually.
