Current•Assist public and private financial services companies in the application of GAAP and statutory accounting and financial reporting, including SEC reporting compliance, internal control analysis, acquisition due diligence, SEC registrations on both Form S-1 and Form 10 and comfort letter preparation.•Bring strong understanding of investments and derivatives, and related internal controls as well as asset valuation and other-than-temporary impairment analysis, including a significant expansion of procedures over security monitoring and related tools such as data mining, portfolio stratification and analysis of sales at a loss.•Focus on significant or complex transactions, special projects and the adoption of new accounting standards.•Maintains deep relationships with Audit Committees and executive leadership teams.
