With over 20 years of experience in the software industry, I began my career at ADP, where I spent 13 years in the payroll and HR automation space. At that time, direct deposit and virtual onboarding were at the forefront of HR innovation. I managed and worked directly with teams across all three market segments.Subsequently, I transitioned to SAP, dedicating eight years to end-to-end business process automation in enterprise and strategic customer segments. During my tenure at SAP SuccessFactors, I handled accounts for renowned companies such as Chevron, Disney, McKesson, Ball, and Microsoft. After four years, I was promoted to lead Account Executive for Chevron under the strategic customer program. In my final role at SAP, I served as Vice President, overseeing the net new pursuit team in the West, which achieved 130% of the plan in the challenging year of 2020.I was then recruited to UiPath to manage the Enterprise Southwest region, where our team finished #1 globally in 2021. In Q4 of 2021, I was promoted to Area Vice President of the West, overseeing four Western regions, four RVPs, and 30 Account Executives. Our business grew by 57% YoY, becoming a $100 million business and ranking as the number one area globally. I am currently running our North America Strategic Portfolio Org covering High-Tech, Telco, Retail, Logistics with a 145M ARR. The team is consists of 5 RVP's, 45 AE's as well as other GTM leaders in value engineering and sales acceleration. My primary goal is to help customers enhance board-relevant business outcomes by rapidly scaling their Intelligent Automation programs, improving productivity, avoiding future hiring costs, ensuring compliance, and elevating customer experiences. The future envisions people and machines working in harmony, delivering productivity and value that is difficult to even comprehend today.On a personal note, I am a proud mother of three children, aged 17, 13, and 8, and enjoy our beach lifestyle in San Diego.
