Creates and sends final specs outlining required product dimensions, colors, labeling and packaging.o Reviews factory midline and final production photo inspection reports and performs QC on incoming inventory, relaying feedback to vendors and initiating chargebacks if necessary.

Designed and developed home décor and seasonal product lines for a global leader in wholesale home accessories, offering an expansive range of lifestyle products to a broad spectrum of retailers worldwide. Created original art or developed licensed art to design multi-product collections featuring on average 25 products per line, ranging from ceramics to textiles. Selected product blanks and manipulated art to fit the product; produced digital proofs and provided final artwork to the factory.o Played a key role in designing two 600+ page home décor catalogs and one 400+ page seasonal catalog per year:o Autonomously selected, edited, and color-corrected the bulk of 1000 catalog images twice a year.o Traveled to China twice to observe factory production and enhance knowledge of processes and vendor sources and attended 2013 Spring Canton Fair, the largest import/export fair in the world.o Represented company at semi-annual gift marts for permanent showrooms, assisting sales representatives with customers, selling product lines, and taking orders.o Created product line PowerPoint presentations for key account pitches to large chain retailers, leading to placement of company products in Nordstrom, Wayfair, TJ Maxx, Francesca’s, The Pioneer Woman, and others.o Designed B2B and B2C marketing collateral for brand, including web and social media graphics, e-mail blasts, product promotions, trade magazine advertisements, and trade show signage and displays to align with brand standards.

Launched the startup of a small graphics design boutique, providing both print and web communications for a portfolio of diverse clients. Collaborate with clients to gather project information and develop concepts and ideas to visually convey their specific message. o Designed, illustrated, and produced a scrapbook paper and accessories product line consisting of 50+ products, which were sold by 150+ national retailers as well as international clients.o Managed advertising, print ads, and product distribution to scrapbooking retailers.o Displayed and sold product at national craft trade shows.o Hired and managed 15 national sales representatives.o Created a portfolio of licensable illustrations and obtained representation as an artist with a licensing agency.

Conceptualized and designed marketing campaigns, in-store decor, private label product packaging, outdoor billboards, print advertisements and other collateral. Art directed photo shoots for print as well as broadcast television commercials.

Production layout for the spring and fall footwear and apparel catalogs. Gained knowledge in creating multi-page QuarkXpress documents, maintaining a corporate design style and creating Adobe Illustrator apparel patterns.

Assisted Senior Designers in the All Conditions Gear department. Created pitch collateral and in-house catalogs for outdoor apparel. Built team management skills by coordinating efforts from designers, pattern makers, and developers into a cohesive print pieces.
