I excel in systems-level strategies, marketing, project management/event planning, cat herding, and navigating a room full of personalities.Prior to working for Chattanooga 2.0, I had the privilege to develop my strategic marketing and project management skills in a variety of private-sector industries. Within each new industry that I worked, it became increasingly apparent that the lack of clear communication and listening to client needs is what holds the majority of companies back from greatness. It was not until I began working in the world of nonprofits, however, that I truly found my calling for creating opportunities in education and career through multi-organization collaboration and community engagement (aka collective impact).
