Accomplishments:• Implemented a document imaging solution in Sharepoint to further facilitate the strategic goal of increasing the use of paperless documents • Led team to create new software for Multi-Family Loan department that replaced printing over 250,000 pages per funding session • Produced SSRS reports to help extend communication between internal customers and provide strategic direction of department • Practiced Agile Scrum methodology to improve SDLC using Team Foundation Server 2010• Administered Team Foundation Server (TFS) with experience in the customization of TFS workflows, managing security and permissions, check-in policies, and creating work item queries• Directed the planning and budgeting of the Application Development department• Lead human resources activities including training, hiring, coaching and supervising personnel

In this role, I managed the software engineering and database administration team while continuing to actively code. Some accomplishments were:• Developed a statewide foreclosure prevention .NET web application at Governor's request• Upgraded the source control from Visual Sourcesafe to Team Foundation Server to improve the ALM• Instituted a new policy of .NET development standards and code library for the department to improve the overall efficiency and security of KHC’s applications • Provided assistance in database administration tasks by performing as backup DBA• Created project plans, metrics, and timelines using Team Foundation Server and Microsoft Project

Since 2001, solely developed and enhanced the Lender Loan Connection web application that is used statewide for KHC's loan origination system in home mortgages that closed a record-breaking $500 million home loans in 1 year.Worked with a small development team to build and maintain web-based applications which supported the business objectives using .NET and other Microsoft technologies.
