*Contracted for Axion Healthcare* Receiving inbound phone calls to assist eligible Massachusetts residents in scheduling their Covid vaccination at their mass vaccination sites. Ensuring no sites were overbooked, vaccine recipients received their vaccine of choice or the proper second vaccine. Explaining to residents/patients the process they were to undergo to set expectations and providing any general directions needed to the sites.

Work At Home

Working remotely from home; making outbound calls to clients inquiring about solar, verifying qualifying prospective clients for our programs, generating appointments for our sales teams, use of CRM and Convoso. Exceeding daily minimum requirements for outbound calls places and appointments scheduled, etc.
