I handle all accounts payable duties and bookkeeping for payments to over 300 vendors, assist management in keeping up with continued education requirements and license renewals, create expense reports, and coordinate with our corporate office to track expenses. What ever needs to be done, that is my job!

All accounting/budget functions for internal funds used by the Student Government; Banner Self-Service Finance; Requisitions; Deliver frequent budget reports

Assist with all projects managed by the ASC business team; Administrative duties (scanning, faxing, filing, etc); Manage company cell phone plan; Track open orders; Assist with billing.

Assisted in a large-scale inventory recording project and data entry to track supplies on hand.
