I built on the foundation my parents laid for me I started my career in customer relations in 1997. It had rewarded moments and challenges. My biggest challenge was how I could accommodate so many different personalities engaging with internal and external customers. The keys to my success have been my ability to tailor my communication and build genuine relationships effortlessly. I possess a plethora of people skills including verbal and non-verbal cues. Venturing into the field of human resources I started my career in talent acquisitions in 2021. My curiosity to understand the details of the open roles, company values, and processes drives me to think creatively. Using my customer relation skills along with keen attention to detail leads me to source, ask the standard questions, and probe to better understand the talent.
