I have over 10 years of experience before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), including inter partes reviews (IPRs), post-grant reviews (PGRs), patent appeals, and reexaminations. My achievements in this field have earned me recognition as one of the Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials by the PTAB Bar Association.I have also successfully represented clients in patent suits, obtaining multiple decisions of patent ineligibility under Section 101 from both the PTAB and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. My technical expertise covers a wide range of fields, such as computer software, internet technologies, RFID, and life sciences and medical devices.
