In this fast paced environment, I engage with cross-functional projects for data management solutions. These projects assist with decision making, reporting and communicating with stakeholders. I utilize my research skills to expand programmatic activities and success. A main role I serve is to oversee the grant life cycle for federally funded grant programs. My tasks include: research and grant preparation, proposal development, award negotiation, compliance with grant guidance, project management, financial management in compliance with 2 CFR 200, and reporting.I administer 6 budgets with procurement activities including: obtaining quotes, coordinating with vendors, utilize Enterprise ERP Software for requisitions and purchase orders, supported delivery coordination and invoice payment. I engage in budget forecasting and providing concise financial reports.I continue to foster effective communication and relationship building virtually between Tribal partners, partner agencies, federal agency grant project officers and division directors to support successful grant administration.
