In this position, I serve as the primary communications voice for North American operations of AISIN Group, the world's 6th largest Tier One automotive supplier. My position at AISIN Group has allowed me to demonstrate the full breadth of my communications capabilities, which include:• Conceptualization, management and execution of global events including North American International Auto Show, CES (formerly known as Consumer Electronics Show), SAE World Congress, ITS World Congress, and AAPEX/SEMA, averaging over 150,000 visitors at each event • Developing and delivering nationwide media relations and crisis communication training to over 500 management level employees • Established AISIN’s corporate COVID-19 response communication and protocols for over 1,500 employees nationwide • Executive speech writing and presentation production to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels• Corporate website redesign and maintenance via WordPress• Public relations activities including composition of editorial pieces, press releases and newsletters as well as media relations and strategic management of social media accounts

Served as a key member of The DIC's management team, successfully managing all development and marketing initiatives as well as four full-time employees and one contract employeeKey accomplishments include:• Consecutively exceeding annual fundraising goal of $2.5 million, with a cumulative achievement of over $10 million raised during my tenure through event management, annual campaigns, direct mail campaigns, and foundation requests • Complete redesign of agency website and collateral materials including production of new corporate video • Designed and implemented community and media relations campaigns and created and defined the agency's first social media strategy• Coordinated board relations activities including recruitment, board development and retention, and board committees

Prior to being recruited by The DIC, developed self-sustaining business dedicated to providing public relations services to a variety of non-profit clients, including the North American International Auto Show Charity Preview and its eleven benefiting charities, the Brain Injury Association of Michigan, the inaugural Leadership and Awareness to Promote Safety (LAPS) Walk, and a variety of other non-profit organizations.

• Responsible for all facets of public relations including composing press releases, quarterly newsletters and annual reports, creating direct mail pieces, strategic media and community relations• Key accomplishments included securing several grants totaling $75,000, executing a crisis communication/risk management plan, redesigning collateral materials, producing two corporate videos and 12 public service announcements, authoring all website content, and writing and producing all literature for a successful $1.3 million capital campaign

Responsible for marketing, advertising, media relations, event management and strategic planning for multiple clients including the North American International Auto Show, DTE Edison, Ziebart, Dickinson Wright PLLC and MGM Grand Detroit Casino
