• Assist students with reset passwords and set up security questions for college accounts
• Provide an introduction and explanation about student services applications, printing services, and resources for new students
• Help students with using Office 365 products, connecting to Wi-Fi, and printing
• Provide students assistance on assignments or projects
• Troubleshooting printer, computer, or program issues that may arise
• Submit IT tickets for issues that requires tier 3 IT support for further assistance

• Assist in Network Administration and Network Security classes for second year student labs
• Network Administration consists of administrating and configuring Windows workstation and servers
• Network Security labs which consists of using security tools, software, working with encryption, and cryptography techniques
• Evaluate student issues within Virtual Machines and troubleshoot
• Recover locked out accounts from student VM servers
• Monitor and evaluate students during labs, quizzes, and exams

• Manufacture heating and cooling parts in a fast pace environment
• Inspecting each manufacture part for defects or imperfections
• Be able to adapt to rotations to various machinery within the production floor
• Reach a set number of goals through work production logs at the end of the day
• Test and inspect manufactured parts to ensure functional compatibility
