As Chief of Staff, Ms. Cabrera serves as liaison between executives and the CEO and acts as a gatekeeper ensuring the CEO’s involvement. Ms. Cabrera oversees large, often cross-functional and international company-wide projects and focuses on assessing issues that affect the company and team management, while ensuring operations perform at maximum effectiveness. In addition, Ms. Cabrera supervises daily operations providing strategic counsel to key executives through collaboration with senior management and division directors, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, meeting preparation, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities. Lastly, Ms. Cabrera works behind the scenes to solve problems, mediate disputes and deal with issues before they are brought to the CEO.

Oversee the licensure and regulation of substance abuse providers in the Southeast Region. Assist providers with application process and PLADS. Conduct site visits and inspections of policies and procedures, client and staff files and quality assurance.
