● Lead the positioning of Microsoft professional services capabilities around Digital Innovation and Transformation, driving the delivery of business outcomes to Enterprise FSI customers through consultative selling, resulting in increased client engagement and satisfaction.● Collaborate closely with multi-practice teams and customers across all business streams, fostering synergies and facilitating seamless integration of solutions, thereby enhancing service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.● Crafting compelling proposals, RFI responses, and presentations tailored to client needs, effectively showcasing solution outcomes and value propositions, leading to a higher win rate and enhanced client confidence.● Providing customers with short and long term Staff Augmentation services for customers who require specialised skills for internal project delivery.● Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring timely delivery of proposals and surpassing client expectations, resulting in improved client retention and loyalty.● Proactively identify and leverage new and emerging offerings to address evolving client needs, effectively articulating the benefits and value propositions to clients, thereby enhancing Insight's competitive positioning and market relevance.● Contribute to and coordinate strategic CTO updates with market insights and input with Microsoft roadmaps and releases, and ensure customers attend activities and events, enabling effective communication of offerings and enhancing brand visibility.● Identify and target specific solutions where Insight could deliver valuable business differentiated solutions with a revenue sales target of $11.5 million.
