Act as liaison with all areas of the College (Executive Leadership, Provosts, Deans, Associate Deans, Directors) in the management and support of technology.- Maintain accurate records on software, hardware, equipment utilization and problems.- Monitor emerging technologies, develop specifications and make recommendations for necessary acquisitions of new equipment.- Integrate new technologies into existing structures of classrooms, offices and conference centers.- Maintain familiarity with and ensure compliance with district policies and procedures to ensure copyright laws are not violated.- Assist with preparation of the annual budget for assigned area of responsibility. Monitor expenditures and ensure compliance with District fiscal policies.- Serve as back up to the Director of Campus Technology as needed.
