I create and promote programs and services that make employees love their workplaces! Early in my career it became clear just how many hours of my life were spent at work. On tough days, I would wonder, "Why do I choose to stay here?" The yearning to answer that question led me to transition from journalism & PR to a career focused on employee communications. Every newsletter, town hall or video I've created focuses on the workplace culture, employer-provided benefits, or leadership values that retain employees who are proud to work for their company.
