I worked one-on-one with clients ages 5-10 who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The goal is to help clients work toward better functionality, redirect maladaptive behavior, and eventually graduate from the program. I had two clients that are on each side of the spectrum. This increases my knowledge of ASD, and I work through varying.

With this position, I observed the teaching aspect of learning. I was a teaching assistant for PSYC 317: Psychology and Law at California State University, Fullerton, for Professor Stephan Margolis. Since this class had 100 students, each TA was able to acquire 20 students as a cohort. I taught a lesson on competency to stand trial, hosted review sessions.

With this position, I have many more one-on-one interactions as well as interacting with families and younger guests. I also use my leadership and organizational skills to help with the flow of our store within the resort.

I was the sole merchandiser for our women's department, our top-selling denim department. I also know how to delegate tasks and train associates to have more personal and detailed experiences with.
