My primary responsibility was to anticipate talent needs and address them through strategic recruiting, staffing, and training. Motivating and retaining existing talent by anticipating and responding to human resource issues as they arise. Developing the leadership skills of Department Managers and Assistant Store Managers and actively coaching the entire store management team by using my personal knowledge of human resource legal requirements, trends, and practices and be well aware of their impact on the management and operation of the business.
