• Organisation wide responsibility for implementation and compliancy of all Local Authority and NHS contracts across 70 plus care homes. • Overall responsibility for sourcing and completing any relevant tender opportunities for residential and nursing care services.• To act as Data Protection Officer and GDPR lead for the organisation. To lead the organisation in compliance against all relevant legislations, including policy writing and management of risk.

• Responsibly for the implementation and management of all NHS contracts across the Charity, including multi- million-pound contracts. • Liaising with Senior Management across the Charity to ensure all contract requirements can be met, implementing, and managing the Charity wide working groups, summarising all progress to the Board of Directors.• Highlighting and managing any areas of risk, by developing new processes or negotiating with customers to find a workable solution. • Meeting customers on a quarterly basis and presenting data on contract compliance and activity levels.

• Managing complex contractual data submissions to multiple customers resulting in payments worth 2.5% of each annual contract value• Gathering, cleansing, combining and analysing business data using different originating sources and complex Excel formulations • Identifying and communicating data quality issues and assisting with resolution, implementing interim solutions where possible. Influencing internal data structures to ensure good practice and availability of data.• Understanding internal and external customer's reporting needs to design ad hoc/ project specific dashboards, reporting suites and market reports

• Being a key point across the Charity for reporting/data requirements, providing regular training to staff on how best to utilise available data to inform business decisions• Understanding internal and external customer's reporting needs to design ad hoc/ project specific dashboards, reporting suites and market reports.• Responding to requests in a timely manner, working to tight deadlines, adjusting to changing priorities and managing both short- and long-term projects.
