Concession Stand Manager(1999-2013) Owner/ Promoter March 2013 - High Level of Management overseeing 30 concession associates and currently responsible to 60+ associates.

Customer Service Supervisor – Managed a team of 18 including 2 Team Leads, 2 processing analysts, 2 resolution specialists and 12 customer service analysts. Responsible for maintaining a service level agreement for TSF%, ASF% and abandoned 2%-3% rate. Managing team adherence for team /individual metrics and expectations. Research and resolve complicated issues pertaining to 120+ accounts, attorney accounts, 3rd party collection agencies and estate matters. Monitor and manage collection efforts by continually auditing accounts and reports. Gather data and prepare reports to accurately track department quality and productivity. Measure phone call expectations by the team’s performance on specific categories. Overseeing staffing, training and goal development for LEAN, maximizing productivity and Ulysses Customer Service Mentoring.

Accounting Administrator (2003-2010) promoted to Account Receivable Department and provided support to the Vice-President of Finance. Maintained and managed reconciling the general ledger and all aging reports. Oversaw the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and payroll departments. Monitored and assisted with collection calls and efforts. Reviewed and issued contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders. Processed and executed al insurance claims, performance and payment bonds and borrowers certificates. Processed year ends reports and audit reports.

Accounting Administrator (2000-2003) Responsible for field payroll, payroll taxes reports, W-2’s and 1099’s. Oversaw accounts payable department and ensured proper processing of checks. Maintained proper general ledger account balance. Completed Wisconsin sales and use tax reports and unemployment reports. Submitted various union reports and benefits on a monthly basis.
