For 25 years I have been working with people of all ages to help them improve their psychological health. I am trained as a Generalist Psychologist, and I’ve been fortunate to work in a wide range of roles including in Community Corrections, Employment Services, Welfare Services (Assessment Services-Centrelink), health coaching and assessment in Weight Loss (Bariatric) Clinics and in private practice. I enjoy working closely with my clients to help them improve their mental health, well-being, and relationships. My focus is to assist clients achieve their goals and create a rich and meaningful life by tuning into their values and aspirations. I have experience working with adolescents and adults and currently primarily work with clients aged 16+ years. I have received extensive training in solution-focused, cognitive behavioural and acceptance and commitment therapy approaches. Working with clients and supporting them with their needs, remains one of my greatest privileges and motivates me to continue developing my own best practices.
