Creative, passionate and hard working Product Innovations Manager at KCS Early Years. Challenge, variety and good teamwork are my motivations. I'm a creative problem solver by nature and my degree in Psychology a reflection of my interest in human behaviour and development, and statistics.Following 20+ years of working with children and young people in various settings, 10 years of teaching in Primary and Early Years, and experience in marketing and events organisation, I have a successful and proven track record of effective leadership, product development, creation and presentation of online and offline marketing materials, and an extensive knowledge and understanding of education at Primary and Early Years level. I have vast experience of working collaboratively and independently in challenging environments, which has given opportunity for creativity, innovation and made good use of my ability to approach situations in a calm and measured manner to achieve the best outcome.
