• Provide individual strengths-based counseling and education to persons with mental health diagnoses and comorbid intellectual and developmental disabilities• Experience with crisis intervention and engaging clients in facilitating self-efficacy and self-reliance• Perform intake assessments and biopsychosocial assessments with incoming clients• Identify treatment goals and implement a treatment plan collaboratively with clients, monitor progress toward goals, and follow-up with clients regularly to reevaluate goals• Organization, development, and implementation of new and annual staff training• Supervise, support, and mentor employees and coordinate daily operations to ensure client goals and company procedures are followed• Update and maintain company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

• Coordinate and supervise leisure trips for approximately 45-50 volunteers and guests with intellectual and developmental disabilities. • Supervise 10 to 12 volunteers who are responsible for the safety and entertainment of guests on trips.• Administer medications to guests as necessary.• Assist with and address physical and behavioral issues with guests while on trips.
