Jenny is an experienced media and entertainment lawyer, recognised as a 'Next Generation Partner' by The Legal 500 for her work in Film and TV.In addition to a broad range of development and production work, Jenny advises on high value, multi-jurisdictional film and TV financing transactions (involving international tax credits and other subsidy funding). She regularly advises rights holders, production companies and talent on deals with SVOD platforms and major UK and US broadcasters, often with international elements and/or complex rights issues (including arising from music and sport). In addition to her legal practice, Jenny provides commercial and business affairs support to clients in the Film & TV industry. Jenny is an appointed legal expert on the Scottish Screen Sector ‘FOCUS’ panel, delivered by Film City Futures. She is recognised as a 'Next Generation Partner' by the Legal 500, having previously been identified as a 'Rising Star' and 'Key Lawyer' for a number of years.
