• Checking information in application form, verifying documents of customer to ensure that they are satisfied bank’s.• Evolving in building regulations, processes related to card risk management.• Manage updating customer information, increasing/ decreasing credit limit of cardholder on Way4, changing card status, activating & locking cards.• Checking daily card transactions, calling cardholder to verify suspicious transactions & making reports.• Making reports of card not in MSB card range (Fraudulent card)• Exporting reports from MasterCard SAFE (System to Avoid Fraud Effectively) & Fraud Reporter to analyze current card fraud trend & propose effective anti-fraud methods to Card Risk Manager.• Reporting to SAFE all Master Card suspicious transactions. • Involving in Credit Card Project, testing Operations reports & Maintenance Section.• Updating, adjusting and distributing new security rules and procedures provided by MasterCard International Incorporated to support members in ensuring all decision-making and operations comply fully with standards.• Doing international and domestic transaction charge-backs to resolve customer questions and complaints.

• Assisting director in managing categories as strategic business units through development, implementation, and management of category business plans to maximize sales and profits of the category and enhance consumer value.• Make customer’s consuming need research to identify potential customers and anticipate their needs proactively by undertaking focused market research activities and gathering market intelligence• Liaising with member of other teams to prepare for reports: Utility costs, Store Sales Budget Monitor, Customer walk-ins monitor; Daily sales, Daily stock report of TH True Mart Store Chains.• Working with Training Department to conduct trainings for store staff about Customer Service, selling skills to promote profit maximization.• Supporting the Director in his reporting duties, preparation of summaries and reports, presentation in Power-point to Madam.
