- Build Company policies, procedures, regulations related to labor law and other local law, cuctomer requirements.- Conduct trainings of laws, company regulations for workers and ensure implementation in the whole company.- Prepare and co-ordinate for audits/ Assessments from Clients of Social Compliance Responsibility, Security- Make corrective action plan reports and work with relevant departments to follow corrective action plans- Conduct self-monitoring program of Social Responsibility Responsibility through factory. Work with all Departments in factory to provide corrective action plans and follow them until each item is completed.- Updated on the relevant local compliance regulations and communicate updated regulations to all related departments
