Experience includes providing legal support to the agency and examiners on licensing transactions, bank activities and structure, and enforcement for national banks, thrifts, and technology service providers in the Western District. Also, educates stakeholders on the bank secrecy act and anti-money laundering, represents the agency at outreach events including at the Native American Finance Officer’s Association conference, and has reported to the Litigation division and Payments Risk Policy department.

My research was entitled: "Indigenous Peoples’ Rights: Access to Justice through International Law." I studied the application of international instruments and their standards of consultation in Chile with regards to the Mapuche.

Researched bankruptcy topics including cramdown provisions under Chapter 11 and municipal reorganizations under Chapter 9 of the Bankruptcy Code. Contributed to Professor Miller's article "Municipal Bonds in Chapter 9 Adjustment Proceedings."

Contributed research on public nuisance for the Restatement and restitution for Professor Farnsworth's publication.

Researched and drafted motions in New Mexico state court. Submitted memos on federal Indian law, tort, and corporate law claims and defenses.

Contributed research and drafted a motion on a Tenth Amendment standing issue. Drafted a motion on an Eighth Amendment and Federal Torts Claim Act allegation.

Performed due diligence on international mergers; researched and drafted a segment of an international report on corporate governance in Argentina, and presented a lecture on U.S. bankruptcy law.

Performed client intake and assisted with criminal offender record information sealing.
