In 2017, Jenny Vallimont followed her heart and opened Gökotta, a boutique consulting firm built to help others find meaningful ways to connect with their community. She combined her unique background in corporate real estate, construction, community engagement and public art to identify niche needs in the development community. Gökotta serves as a bridge between local creatives and institutional funding. We now curate both public art and full project interior art collections across the United States.

Oversaw Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for the organization. Included in her responsibilities were sustainable design and development approaches, green certifications, innovative practices and products, partnerships, corporate philanthropy, employee volunteerism and community integration. She created the company's Stewardship Platform and Philanthropic Framework. Her work is demonstrated through the creation of both the 1st and 2nd sustainability reports (Statement of Stewardship) for the organization. Jenny was a Vice President at Bank of America focused on sustainability within corporate real estate. Jenny’s primary focuses were on waste programs, water reduction and sustainability in the supply chain. She managed all domestic facility waste contracts held by Bank of America and was responsible for global reporting on recycling implementation and landfill diversion rates. Shortly after joining Bank of America, Jenny began driving change through an industry-leading reporting process aimed at obtaining realistic data around diversion. She managed the reduction of potable water usage throughout the corporate real estate portfolio with a focus on landscaping, irrigation, plumbing and mechanical system projects. Additionally, Jenny served as the liaison between the corporate real estate sustainability team and supply chain.

As manager of sustainability, Jenny leads Crosland’s corporate initiatives to promote sustainable practices across the firm and integrate “green” into the company’s culture. Her responsibilities include identifying best practices and innovative sustainability applications across multiple industries in an effort to make Crosland a leader amongst developers, as well as assisting teams across all product lines in implementing green aspects into projects.

Prior to leading the green initiative, Jenny worked in Crosland’s Retail Division as a development manager where she worked on design and construction aspects for multiple retail developments.

Jenny began her career out of college, working as a Project Engineer for California-based General Contractor Morley Builders. She worked onsite for the construction of high-end apartments and townhouse within the new Playa Vista community.
