In my current role as Executive Director, Strategy and Planning, I am responsible for ensuring Alfred Health has a clear future direction through our Strategic Plan.I have direct responsibility for Alfred Health’s service planning and capital and infrastructure functions including the Major Capital Project, Paula Fox Melanoma and Cancer Centre. These functions are central to providing clinical and other corporate programs with a safe, efficient and effective operating environment. I have held a number of senior management positions across the Queensland and Victorian public health systems.
