Building high performing teams has been a hallmark of my career. I have established and led large cross-functional teams and small agile teams across Australia and globally. Key to their success has been my ability to create a team culture where each individual contributes equally and commits to the collective success of the team. Mentoring, coaching and empowerment have been skills that have led to many of my mentees and direct reports’ success in their own careers. While my career has centred around education, I have experience in leading and managing across curriculum, pedagogy, sales, marketing, product development, UX design and at the executive level. No matter the environment - schools, corporate or NFPs - I have demonstrated my ability to transition these skills across geography and industry. As I exit the permanent workforce, I seek to use these skills to support others in their professional development or the continuous improvement of their organisation through coaching and mentoring of managers who are seeking to develop a high performance culture within their teams and organisation.
