When I first joined FRONTSTEPS, I worked closely with cross-functional teams from Support to Engineering to remedy critical bugs. This helped lay the foundation to further improve the stability and scalability of the Payments product. In conjunction to leading a large-scale re-factor the product’s core code and functions, we have seen a 100% increase in revenue, meeting all budgeted goals year-to-date. I have facilitated an agile environment, collaborating with numerous cross-departmental teams to launch MVPs and continuously iterating to meet the needs of the marketplace and our customers.

As a senior manager, I oversaw a team that focused on internal automation and efficiency across the Advertising and Survey Operation groups, following the agile software development lifecycle and best practices. I have successfully lead the design, implementation, and release of large-scale development initiatives, improving operational efficiency by 30%. I continuously communicated product roadmaps and timelines, created necessary training materials, resolved bugs, and built new product features. All features were monitored, analyzed, and reported to internal stakeholders.

I managed a team that drove automation efforts for Advertising Operations, working closely with software engineers, product, operations, client service, research managers, and external clients. Our team provided technically-focused support and built tools to enhance operational efficiency. We worked closely with cross-departmental teams that helped scale Comscore’s advertising measurement in the marketplace. I lead sprint planning meetings, created requirements, performed UAT and conducted post release QA to ensure product quality, in addition to measuring its effectiveness.

As a campaign manager, I managed the successful implementation of Comscore’s HTML-based impression trackers and recruitment scripts across hundreds of ad campaigns for large consumer brands. In building close and exceptional relationships across all departments, clients, and partners, I successfully documented and scaled the operation’s team knowledge of multiple ad servers to produce comprehensive integration guidelines.

I first joined Comscore's advertising measurement product team where I closely worked with the research director in developing and publishing an industry white-paper that changed the survey measurement space. This research methodology eliminated the need for a control group in survey measurement, helping to reduce recruitment and measurement costs for our clients. The new methodology was implemented and scaled as a new survey product feature, differentiating Comscore in the marketplace.
