Eager to return to a remote Sr. Project Management contract position with 25+ years experience. Over 35 years in Corporate America with 25+ years in project management. Managed projects ranging from small internal software development and infrastructure projects supporting corporate applications to multi-million dollar client facing projects. Industries included telecommunications, hospitality, financial, and healthcare. Worked independently as well as managed up to 21 Senior Project Managers over career time span. Interested in returning to the workforce to bring extensive project management experience to an organization to better improve operations whether internal or client facing.

Worked directly with financial institutions on implementing Fiserv products to enhance customer banking experiences. Worked remotely until April 2021 when I chose early retirement.

Implemented internal financial development projects (enhancements and upgrades) on short duration with Suntrust.

Implemented process improvements and internal projects supporting financial institutions for Fiserv including infrastructure and application development projects.

Managed internal software development projects supporting finance and HR teams. Worked closely with worldwide hotels to ensure their back office operational applications were current and working sufficiently. Promoted to Director level overseeing four Sr. Project Managers working closely with Finance VP level stakeholders on project intake and prioritization.

Initially started as a Sr. Project Manager in 1999 and moved into a lead position managing 21 project managers as part of the PMO through 2003. The team supported the various HR, and finance applications implementing software development projects. Heavily involved with process improvements and streamlined project intake and prioritization.

Started in Computer Operations after graduating from college. Moved into a Computer Technician (CT) job overseeing long distance billing applications and processing. Promoted to Manager over CT resources and Data Processing Associates. After 3 years of managing people and relocating between GA and MO, moved into a Senior Project Manager role in 1994. Achieved PMP certification in 1998.
