• Post positions, recruit and screen internal & external candidates for job vacancies - for positions at any level. • Provide proactive recruiting for areas with high vacancies at this time - Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance and Purchasing. • Assist with college recruiting as required - posting jobs, recruiting, researching best schools to recruit at and finding new and creating ways to obtain best intern/co-op and entry level (recent graduate) talent. • Research various HR initiatives as required, for example; Employee Referral Program, Diversity initiatives, etc... • Ensure OFCCP Compliance (Office of Contract Compliance Programs).
