Jenny holds a Master and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Jenny also holds several professional certifications including, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).Jenny skilled in IT, Cybersecurity, FFIEC compliance, Finance, Fraud, and Operations Audit. She also experienced in Business Process, Enterprise Risk Management, IT Risk Management. As VP of Internal Audit, Jenny’s management and operational experience include establishing and managing Internal Audit Department for both of the teams in the U.S and Manila Philippines. In the past years, Jenny has developed a long-running successful internal audit and enterprise risk assessment program for the company. Jenny always goes above and beyond the requirements and participates more broadly in solving any departmental problems identified and has taken her professional responsibilities to improve and enhance the operations and risk management areas of the business in the company. Jenny has been instrumental in reaching the primary business objective of achieving a satisfactory regulatory rating for the Internal Audit score culminating in a satisfactory rating form the last seven years FFIEC examinations.
