The coordinators role is responsible for ensuring that the portfolio objectives are established, planned, and delivered. This requires that I engage and motivate the leaders so that they can enable their teams to complete the planned work within acceptable time frames and quality. An essential element with this relationship is that as necessary, I mentor and coach newer, or acting Team Leaders, and provide varying levels of support to our more experienced leaders.The various analyst groups, that I work with, ensure that we have work available as required, through to being able to report back on the success and insights gained from the teams completing this work. I also work with another area to create the portfolios annual and quarterly operations management plans.I complete real-time reviews on the capacity available within the portfolio and report on my observations as to how various case management strategies impact outcomes achieved. These reports are used for identifying training and other opportunities to improve caseload management within our teams. Part of this function involves reviewing task reporting codes and average times.
