Currently, I lead a global team that supports technical recruiting at Autodesk. Our recruiting team is distributed across cities including Bay Area, Boston, Portland, Atlanta, Montreal, Toronto, London, Krakow, Bucharest, Singapore, Shanghai, Bangalore and Pune. My leadership style includes ensuring team members are in positions that leverage their strengths so they can succeed. I work to put myself in the position of others to see things from their perspective.
