The Shatterproof Challenge is a collection of fundraisers benefiting Shatterproof, a national organization dedicated to reducing the devastation that the disease of addiction causes families.

Orange County, California Area

Planned, directed and executed all elements associated with the chapter's team and top fundraiser activities for three mass market fundraising events - Walk MS, Bike MS and Challenge Walk MS. Supervised a team of two managers and one coordinator to recruit, coach and support 1,000 corporate and family fundraising teams, contributing to over 80% of total fundraising revenue to the chapter. Managed team and sponsor relationships with high-level corporate teams such as Disneyland, KPMG, KTLA-TV, Deloitte, FedEx, Mitsubishi and more. Secured and maintained an average of $90K in cash and in-kind sponsorship to support the budget of chapter events.

Planned, managed and executed major station promotions and events for KOSI 101-FM. Partnered with radio station sales department to develop marketing programs for clients to improve their business while increasing revenue for the station. Served as liaison to station staff, clients and community for on-air talent to schedule appearances, book endorsements and other talent-related events. Supervised small, part-time promotions staff.

Planned, managed and executed major sales and marketing events designed to generate results for clients and revenue for the radio station group as part of the New Business Development Department. Created sales packages and proposals for account executives to pitch to clients. Accompanied account executives on event sponsorship pitches to assist in closing deals. Responsible for relationship development with all promotional and sales partners.
