ASSA ABLOY’s Global web platform (built on an Episerver platform) held over 250 websites and as a part of the central web team, I was Global Web Application Specialist with the following responsibility areas:DevelopmentDesignDocumentationCommunicationResponsibilities include:- Liaise with local web project teams within responsibility areas (above)- Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing change requests for new development.- Assure compliance with and guide in corporate web design and usability guidelines- Head up strategic demand board and Change Advisory Board, for both functional and technical development - Sprint planning- Test coordination- Confirm changes and releases- Release and deploy coordination- Documentation (Editor guides etc.)- Building and sharing knowledge (networking, tutorials) - Quality assurance suppliers- Cost control and budget follow-upMajor accomplishments:- Project managed the hand-over project of release and deploy management, change management (corrective changes), test management, and incident and problem management from a development organization at a web agency to an Application Management team at a new supplier, partly off-shore. - Driven improvements of processes for release and deploy management, change management (new development and corrective changes), and test management.- Responsible for the areas development, design, test, documentation, and communication during a two year long migration project upgrading from EPiServer 5 to EPiServer 7 and moving to responsive web design.- Set up and lead a process of going from IT driven to business driven development, including setting up a strategic demand board and Change Advisory Board (CAB).- Set up Technical Advisory Board for prioritizing central development- Acting system owner/product owner on operational level.- Created a successful teamwork in a multi-supplier (including off-shore staff) setup.

Together with our Global Web Manager, I was ASSA ABLOY’s central web team coordinating activities around ASSA ABLOY's global web platform (built on an EPiServer 5 platform) and related tools (for SEO, analytics, search) between local web teams/editors and our web agency (and other external suppliers). ASSA ABLOY’s first global web platform was released a few months before I started and the number of websites on the platform grew from five to 100 during these tree years.Responsibilities included:- Liaise with local web project teams in roll-outs- Project manage specific implementations/roll-outs - Collect, suggest, review, and analyze change requests- Evaluate the market to continuously develop the global web framework- Assure compliance with and guide in corporate web design and usability guidelines- Test and confirm changes and releases- Document new releases (Editor guides etc.)- Building and sharing knowledge (networking, hold trainings, create tutorials) - Technical support (perform incident management and coordinate problem management)- Coordinate with external suppliers/third-party tools (for SEO, analytics, search).Major accomplishments:- Established processes for new development, change management, and test management.- Established support routines.- Created all Editor guides, training material, and tutorials for our web platform from scratch.

Responsible for creating and updating all documentation related to TenFour's previous product portfolio (see previous position). All documentation written in English, using Adobe FrameMaker/InDesign.

As a support technician I foremost supported TenFour's e-mail security server (handling encryption, content filtering etc). I was also responsible for training. Later, I became technical account manager, mainly focusing on following up on new sales to secure customer satisfaction and being technical support for our sales managers. I was also dedicated technical support for TenFour's largest customer and became teamleader as well as being a part of the management group for the Nordic sales organization.
