- Design Lead in an agile release train (SAFe), focusing on accounts and transactions.- Designed a scalable and user-friendly account overview, including transaction details, tailored for both small and large companies with complex account structures, as well as features for filtering and printing.- Designed a solution for secure messaging between individuals and the bank.- Together with a UX colleague, led the design work in a cross-functional project that digitalized the signing process for corporate clients, improving efficiency for both the bank and its customers.- Contributed to the rapid development and launch of a digital advisory solution for individuals to meet MiFID requirements, followed by continuous improvement through usability testing.- Developed and facilitated, alongside colleagues, a two-day course in design thinking, which helped spread the methodology and strengthen the organization's user-centered approach.
