Identify, mentor and train adults to work with students in small groups; cast and carry out the vision for student ministries; plan and carry out administrative tasks relating to youth events, trips, and worship; manage the youth ministry budget; fundraise with goals of $10,000 and $20,000 to send students to summer camp in 2014 and 2015, respectively; launch campaigns to educate the church on current ministries in need of volunteers; communicate through many outlets of social media; develop disciples through relationships; plan and launch Pine Level’s first Contemporary Worship Service; recruit and train volunteers for the worship band; prepare music sets and arrangements.

Cast and carry the Saint James Vision of Ministry through all services and special events; coordinate special holiday services and events; work with the Pastor on weekly service coordination and flow; communicate and collaborate with the Traditional worship leader; insure consistent excellence among the technical support team, drama team, dance team, and special ensembles; have a working knowledge of the church’s sound, lighting and multimedia systems as needed to guide a team of technical volunteers; coordinate schedules with band volunteers.
