I designed and delivered training to all ZOA Thailand field staff and management staff on diversity and inclusion in humanitarian work. I was asked to adapt this training for implementation to all refugee teachers to improve diversity and inclusion practices in the classroom. I consulted on curriculum design for refugee education, and as a textbook editor for the non-formal education curriculum.

I researched and authored an annotated bibliography for those attending an academic conference on women peace builders in India and Pakistan. In addition, I managed website content for the event and wrote sections of the final narrative report on the event to the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).

I was responsible for designing and implementing English classes in francophone high schools. I worked for one semester in a school for youths with behavioral problems, and one semester in a juvenile detention facility. I also worked for a year in a school for gifted and talented youths.
