Our mission through movement is to encourage people to be to be proactive around their physical and mental wellbeing and provide a community where you feel supported in any stage of your health journey! We share techniques to help people de-stress, become more self aware, and create longevity in your body (move pain free) and we create an enjoyable, comfortable atmosphere to learn in.Encompassing a diverse range of classes, the studio offers: Yoga (various styles), Barre fitness, and Adult Dance class (ages 18+). In addition to weekly group classes, we offer informative wellness workshops and speciality workshops with guest presenters that give you an opportunity to deep dive on wellness topics. Jenstar is known for it’s positive community involvement throughout the Green Bay area. The studio and teachers often volunteer their time and talents to raise funds and awareness for local charities. Jenstar has raised over $65,000 for local (and some national) causes. In the summer, 'Yoga on the Deck' is a popular free class located on City Deck in Downtown Green Bay offering the benefit of yoga for everyone of all levels.Private in-studio or on-site (individual/corporate) classes can be accommodated based on instructor and studio availability.
