Manage accounting department, assist direct reports with accounts or issues that arise, bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, submit accounts to financing companies, participate in weekly leadership meetings, process weekly vendor report and categorize appropriately, vendor and customer contact, assist sales department with any issues, process refunds and credits, submit chargebacks via Chase portal, maintain multiple credit card accounts, issue credit cards to new account holders, process multi-state sales tax monthly, problem solve customer, vendor and internal issues, work closely with the VP of Operations and CEO.

Job cost all invoices, enter all credit card and bank transactions, financial reporting, responsible for handling contact and relationship with the bank, generate invoices for customers, work with sales reps on a consistent basis, work one on one with the owners on a daily basis, collect on past due accounts, pay all vendors in a timely manner, process bank deposits electronically, pick up and process all incoming mail, strong communication, pay quarterly and monthly sales and withholding taxes, process monthly commissions, payroll, assist with 1099 preparation and year end processes.
