I am managing a small design team including a placement student and we work across all brands within the company including Q acoustics.

I am a lead designer for the award winning British cable brand QED. My role involves generating design concepts and carrying them throughout the production cycle all the way to launching. I also work with the engineering team and managing local and Far East vendors.

This was a fix term contract aim to help out the busy Q4/Christmas period.I was a client facing project manager working with high profile beauty brands and accounts (e.g. L'Oreal). I managed cradle to grave projects including trays, FSDUs, shippers and other bespoke units. During the process, I worked closely with key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time to high street retailers such as Boots, M&S and Superdrug.

I attended different exhibitions and networking events to promote Innozen and to engage with prospective clients for further collaboration opportunities (e.g. Pet safe, Hansgrohe). Besides, I worked with startups a lot and advise them on how they can fully utilize the Shenzhen eco-system to reduce lead time and potential risk in the development and productions.

Innozen Design is the award-wining product design consultancy located in Shenzhen.I was the project lead for all international projects (e.g. LG, Promethean, Denso) which I acted as a product owner to drive the project from design to prototyping making sure it met the client's requirement and stayed within the schedule and timeline.

The role of working in the R&D department in the world leading audio product company is to support the design team in day to day tasks including generating ideas for next range of AV products and also manage projects through to the launch. It requires me to communicate with UK and Far East manufacturers and also to perform the pre-production inspection with the Hong Kong quality control team at the factories.
