In my role as Senior Manager (Resourcing), I am responsible for:• Leading the People & Consultant pillars of the AG Integrate strategy.• Responsible for talent attraction and retention of our consultant talent pool, resourcing process improvements and efficiencies.• Acting as a designated escalation point for any client or consultant queries, ensuring effective supervision and quality standards are maintained across the team.• Full oversight of resourcing processes including new resourcing initiatives.• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.• Educating clients on innovative resourcing solutions they may not have considered previously.• Supporting driving forward the AG Integrate strategy, alongside the Partner - AG Integrate. • Deputising for the Partner – AG Integrate as and when necessary.• Proactively role modelling best practice across the AG Integrate team to both internal and external stakeholders, driving consistent and high performance across the whole team. This includes upskilling and delivering training to the AG Integrate team.

Working as part of the AG Integrate team, Addleshaw Goddard's flexible resourcing platform, and responsible for client relationships and consultant placements across various sectors. I placed highly skilled and experienced legal consultants on interim assignments with both our clients and internally at AG, ranging from Paralegals, junior Lawyers to Heads of Legal & General Counsel level roles.In my role as Manager - AG Integrate, I was responsible for both client fulfilment & consultant talent attraction. My role was a 360 resourcing role which focused on working with our clients to understand their interim resourcing needs, sourcing & shortlisting for client opportunities through to offer stage and providing aftercare for both clients & consultants.

In my role as Resourcing Advisor, I was part of the internal resourcing team at Addleshaw Goddard. Based in our Leeds office, I managed the end to end recruitment process for legal & non-legal, business services team vacancies. I was also responsible for managing the recruitment for paralegals across the firm, known as the Transaction Services Team.
