I run the day-to-day of VerifyInvestor.com, a SaaS company that is a majority-owned subsidiary of tZERO, an ICE/NYSE-backed regulated broker-dealer, a fintech platform providing capital raising, blockchain / tokenization, and secondary trading solutions. My duties include overseeing the business operations, including project management, BD, product management/development, HR, customer support, and marketing.

In Parallel, serve as the Director of Ops, BD at tZERO, our parent company, which is an NYSE-backed fintech platform that, together with its broker-dealer subsidiaries, provides a range of primary capital raising and secondary liquidity services and solutions for digital and conventional securities. As part of that, tZERO was recently approved to own one of only two special purpose broker-dealers in the United States, permitting it to provide unique compliant digital securities custody services and end-to-end solutions for the digital security lifecycle.Report directly to the CEO and provide counsel on key metrics and guidance of marketing operational strategy, Assist with internal/external client onboarding process.

• Orient, train, and lead personal for successful growth and operational development• Under guidance of the CEO, organize and direct business development in the U.S. market• Establish, staff, and lead 3 new company offices in Irvine CA, San Francisco CA, and Bellevue, WA• Board member and COO of New School of Cooking. Responsible for ensuring high quality day to day operations management, on-time deliverables, and coordination with the Financial Operations Team• Provide superior customer service to high net worth clients in various capacities with post-landing services• Recruit key executives from publicly traded companies for key management roles in start-up creationagency, designed strategic planning and goal-setting and involved in day-to-day operation management• Coordinate with UNICEF, Tiffany & Co., Stanford University Research Institution, New York Film Academy, and The Chinese Consulate - General Los Angeles to host events and develop new business projects• Coordinate the annual Summit for 4 years in China’s major international cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou

• Provide customer service for high net worth clients on post-landing service• Work with company legal counsel on company policy
